We utilize GBG Cloudchecks services to conduct age verification against official New Zealand and Australian government databases. This method allows us to instantly and securely confirm your age.

Accepted Methods of Verification To verify your age, you may use one of the following government-issued identifications:

Australian Driver's Licence
New Zealand Driver's Licence
New Zealand Passport

Information Required for Verification You will need to provide the following details to complete the age verification process:

Full Name
Driver's Licence or Passport Number, including expiry date and version number
Date of Birth

This information facilitates a real-time check against government databases to confirm your age.

Data Privacy and Security

Once your age is successfully verified, your account will be marked as "Age Verified" with the date of verification noted. We do not retain your Driver's Licence or Passport number post-verification. These details are only used temporarily for the verification process and are not stored in our systems, ensuring the protection of your personal data and maintaining your privacy.

Returning Customers

For returning customers, our system will recognize your "Age Verified" status, enabling a faster and more efficient purchasing process. Once your account has been verified, there is no need for re-verification with each subsequent purchase.
